Increase your strength fast with this proven technique using only 3 exercises a day. Simply perform 5 repetitions of each exercise 5 times (except deadlifts where you only need to do 5 repetitions once) and track your progress with this app. As you pass each lift the program will keep pushing you and before you know it you will be breaking previous lifting plateaus.
