《三国志英杰传》是一款以东汉末年三国时代为背景的多人线上角色扮演游戏。以魏、蜀、吴三国鼎立的中原大陆为舞台,玩家将扮演自创角色,投入名将麾下,以统一中原为目标而进行争战。

游戏里"刘备、关羽、张飞、曹操"等魏、蜀、吴的历史人物会作为NPC登场,玩家则以相关势力的君主形式登场。游戏里玩家除了MMORPG里常见的打怪升级之外,还将参与大战略战争。

在先前几部三国志游戏的基础上,《三国志英杰传》将增加更多的新要素,游戏风格也将与其他游戏有较大差异。
