開始持戒時,很難做得很好,每日反省時,總會發現很多不足。於是製作了這個記錄持戒情況的軟件,記錄持戒並當做一個定課,每日檢查持戒的情況。如果做得好,則勉勵保持,如果不好,則鞭策努力持戒。建議在受持初期,量力而行,先選擇受持少量條目進和記錄,在等到受持情況很好時(即每日都100分),再適當增加持戒的條目...
