myDiabetesTracker enables people with diabetes to track all aspects of their health to better manage their blood glucose levels.

myDiabetesTracker lets you manage the following: blood glucose level, a1c, blood pressure, weight, body fat, meals (with calories), exercise and your medicine. The application is by default configured to tag each of your readings with the GPS location so you always know where the event happened. You can also add customized notes with each event.

You can share your readings with your doctor easily via email. You can also see your progress over time using charts.

You can set your goals for blood pressure, a1c, glucose levels and weight and myDiabetesTracker highlights the entries whenever you go over the limit; making it easier for you identify them.

The trial download is fully functional but will require a purchase after 5 days. If after 5 days you are still not convinved, just uninstall the application from your phone and download it again from the marketplace for another 5 day trial but you will loose your old records.
