The Strike Water Temperature is calculated based on the common formula: 0.2/Mash Ratio*(Desired Mash Temp-Grain Temp)+ Desired Mach Temp.The total mash and sparge water volumes necessary are calculated based on the pitching volume, mash ratio, water loss from evaporation, and water loss from grain absorption.There is a settings page to set your Mash Ratio, Expected Evaporation, Grain Absorption, and temperature shrinkage.
