I started from humble beginnings, as a masseur for about 6 years before I successfully rented a two-storey shop house in Haji Lane.
In 2005, I was headhunted and was stationed in Dubai for 2 years to establish and launch a newboutique spa in the main city area. In this amount of time, I recruited and trained over 30 therapists to be specialised in 5 different types of massage techniques. I was solely responsible for determining the components in each Spa Package and the cost of each. When I left the company, it boosts from 30 to 50 therapists and Spa Packages prices increased by 20%.
I picked up a skill during my stay in Dubai on how to evaluate the property landscape and had returned to Singapore to expand my knowledge with this new set of skills. I joined the real estate business.
