This app is an introduction to Yoga. Maral gives both detailed instruction and simplified instruction that allows the progress of a beginner to expand with the video and the day. It is best to learn the poses with the detailed instructional tracks before using the simplified instructional tracks. The detailed instructional tracks progress slowly. This allows you to rest and helps you understand how to practice yoga properly and safely. This is also great for those refining their alignment techniques and learning to create stamina in their practice by holding poses for a longer period. The simplified instructional tracks move faster with less instruction to help you go deeper into a quiet body-mind experience. Teaching since 2000 Maral has studied Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Anusara, andAcroYoga.
