The player controls Santa through a maze, getting gifts. When all gifts are collected, Santa is taken to the next stage. Four enemies roam the maze, trying to catch Santa. If an enemy touches Santa, a life is lost. When all lives have been lost, the game ends. Near the corners of the maze are four large star that provide Santa with the temporary ability to catch the enemies. The enemies turn moving gifts, reverse direction and usually move more slowly.
