1. Turn off wifi. Turn it off though power control widget or the settings menu. And then set the time you want to open it.

2. Set time. The turn on time displayed in the middle of the three little boxes. Tap hour + once to increase one hour and minute + once to increase 15 minutes.

3. Timer for closed. A notification will appear in the notification bar indicating the time remaining.

4. Cancel. You can select the notification to adjust and cancel this app. This app can be canceled at any time by simply turning wifi on though power control widget or the menu setting.

There are some other settings in this app, like turn wifi off after a laps of time. Open the settings to choose this option please.
