To keep up your motivation, we have also included a goals section where you can specify what changes you want to see and how long you want to take to get there. Then, once your goal is complete, your trophy will appear in your display case in the rewards section.

All information entered into the app is stored on your device ONLY. We do not create a back up or hold on to any personal information entered into the app.
