KC's Wallpaper apps are extremely easy to use. You just click the icon that looks like four squares in the bottom left to get to the gallery, tap on whichever wallpaper you want to use, and then tap "Set wallpaper"! Doesn't get any more user friendly than that my friendly users :)

Update - Unfortunately the wallpapers are not displaying in full screen across ALL devices like i had hoped, if your phone falls under this category please report it to me via the support email and include your Device model # and whether you use any custom launcher or not, this will help me to find a solution to the problem.
