Based on extensive archival historical research, enriched by unpublished photographs designed to return a look of Venice of the time, the App-Documentary reconstructs the non-linear narrative episode in the middle of the documentary "Richard Wagner. Diary of the Venetian newfound Symphony" investigating characters and places in the pace of the days marked by the Venetian Tagebuch of Cosima Wagner.

The application is designed to offer three different browsing modalities: Chronological (timeline), Geolocalised (map) and Archive (content). It is divided into four categories: diary, stay in Venice, places and people.

In the Timeline section, you can scroll in a single window the Venetian diary in chronological order.

Geolocation allows access to an area consisting of a map of Venice that display the points of interest in the narrative, along with the possibility for the user to establish appropriate routes in the city on the trail of the walks made by Richard Wagner and Cosima duly noted in his Venetian diary.

The application is based on the Freemium logic, downloadable for free with the opportunity to purchase the premium version later.

Since January 2013, coinciding with the celebrations of the bicentenary of the birth of Richard Wagner, the App-Documentary will be available worldwide in English and French version.
