Workouts is an exercise app that lets you track each workout you do. The journals let you look back to see what you did for any day. The workout day’s section lets you see a total of fourteen days that list the date and what muscles were worked that day. The workout section allows you to workout any muscle and comes with built in exercises or you can pick one of your own custom exercises. During your workout you can add notes. It also shows your last workout for that muscle and the last workout for the exercise being worked. When the workout is finished and you save that workout the Workouts app will compare this workout with the last workout you did for the exercise being saved. This will give you a total workout percentage and also your one rep max. There is also a superset workout section for doing two exercises at the same time. You can track your body sizes as well. You can create an unlimited number of custom exercises and it also has a note book for all of your workout notes. All your data can be exported to the sd card and later imported,if you change to a new device or need to clear the data.
