VITAMINS - We all require vitamin in our body. Vitamins supple our skin, nerves, red blood corpusels. It helps to rejunivate our body system. Vitamins produce energy to our whole body. There are many types of vitamin like vitamin A, B, C, D, E, K. Vitamins are bifercated into two parts. They are A,D,E and K. As there are different types of fruits, vegetables and water substance in both. Same way vitamins are differ. In hard food likes egg yolk, fish oils, grains and cereals, dark green vegetables and their oils and also dry fruits like nuts contains vitamin A, D, E and K. They are having fat solutions. Water substance food contains vitamin B and C. They are easily soluble in water as they contain folate, biotin and acid which our body needs to all our parts. We need daily healthy diet to maintain our body with proper minerals, vitamins. But the danger part is that both vitamins and minerals do not work properly into our body for different parts if both taken at a same time. It may be taken treatment by different medicine.Vitamin consumption in our body is our needs. It has to be reached in our body on daily basis. It should be perfect. Our body requires daily sorts on minerals, vitamins, energy to supple our whole body. If we do not take care of these thing we will not get healhty body and we will get diseases. We have to take appropiate foods in our daily diets. No fresh food, no water, no fresh fruits juice, no vegetables will lack of vitamin and minerals which will lead us to risky diseases. The risks vitamin deficienciesWe feel tired if we do not intake our daily meals. Same way iw we skip meals and avoid fruits and vegetable in our daily diet we will get into physical and mentally weak. Lack of vitamins would suffer in people like preganant womens, oldage, youger people, adults, childrens, people who smoke a lot, pure vegetarians, people who fast keep their fast, people who avoid do dieting or few who are suffering from gastro intestine problems. Not only these people who are suffering from lack of vitamins but also they are many people who are not active physically in their day to day work are having problems of vitamins. People suffering from blindness and infections in childnehood is caused by lack of vitamin A in their body. If there is also lack of vitamin D people suffer from bone diseases they are not build up properly not so strong, they might be very light or brittle which may break easily. Same condition is in lack of vitamin E . Vitamin E supplies growth to our brain, heart, respiratory organs. Vitamin B is required to our whole body, it builds our red blood palets which keeps our whole body continuosly working. To get all the body’s nutrient perfectly in our daily healthy diet plate we require vitamins daily in our intake. As in pervious chapter we have read there are two types of vitamins in solid fat and water substances.The water substance vitamins are vitamins B and C, and solid fat soluble Vitamins are A, D, E, and K. the water substance vitamins would be washed away out from our body system on a daily basis,thus it is necessity to consume on day to day basis. Whereas solid fatty vitamins can be formed in our body like fat tissues. The fat solid vitamins are need to use to prevent unnecessary intention that could cause high end risky diseses and complications in our body. Vitamin A plays a vital role to improve our vision of eye, brightness and colour blindness, keeps our retina healhty. It also maintains healthy skin. We get vitamin A by drinking milk, eating spinach and red sweet potatoes in our daily diet if not daily atleast weekly and in dry fruits nuts like apricots.Vitamin B is particular vitamin which includes B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid, biotin and Pantothenic acid which is very useful in our body.
