VisualBTC is a secure Android-based offline Bitcoin wallet. The application requires no Internet connectivity and only uses animated QR codes to synchronize with the Bitcoin network and send/receive transactions.
The recommended hardware is an Android tablet or phone with all Internet connectivity options disabled (including WiFi). On some hardware WiFi can be disabled in the bootloader, making it impossible for a rogue Android application to re-enable it to transmit data. While you can run this on your regular Android phone or tablet, we recommend you get a cheap dedicated 4.3 inch tablet with a camera. This free version limits your wallet to 1 BTC and a maximum of 0.1 BTC per transaction. If you wish to remove these limitations, you can do so at http://www.visualbtc.com/ by paying an activation fee of 0.25 BTC right from your wallet.
