VirtualMerchant Mobile is a mobile payment application that allows businesses that are using Elavon's payment processing network in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico to accept transactions through one of Elavon’s secure payment gateways.
Getting started is easy!
1.Download the VirtualMerchant App for free!
2.Open the App and enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN) of your choice – this PIN is to protect you. Select a PIN that will remember as it will be required each time you access the application.
3.Select “Configure” and then choose the relevant payment gateway. Enter your configuration credentials, select the fields you would like displayed on your payment pages for both Keyed and Swiped transactions. When you have finished select “Done”. If you do not have an Elavon gateway account, follow the link at the bottom of the configuration page.
4.You can now process transactions!
Note: if you need a card reader to swipe cards, contact your Elavon sales agent.
