Application to take snapshots of the claims you enter into our system. This allows the image to be tied to the data you are submitting. Up to four images may be uploaded per claim.

You can tie the images to claims you have already entered into the system by selecting the appropriate date-patient name from the drop-down.

You can also upload images for claims you have not yet entered. The images will be saved with the current date and time. You will have the ability to view and select the appropriate image when entering that claim.

No images will be saved locally on your phone, so this application is fully HIPAA compliant.

This version integrates our scheduling software into the app. You now have access to your pending, completed and canceled cases with a touch of a button. This update allows you to start, complete and update a case, alert of duration changes or phone the patient directly from the app. The data is synced automatically with the Vertex Medical server so the group has immediate access to your current status. Scheduling just got easy!
