The VINShowroom app is the mobile half of our showroom management system, for use with personal devices or tablets stationed throughout the dealership. With the same account they use on VINControl, salespeople can handle the meeting and greeting of customers, enter or scan driver license information, scan cars for test driving, and log write-ups directly through our mobile application. They can also communicate directly through the application with their colleagues and their managers through our chat system, alerting them of turn-overs or the need to take a previously scheduled appointment. Our application also offers the same fully-functional appraisal tool found in VINGenie lite, which will immediately transfer all information into VINControl for their manager to review!Meanwhile, the showroom manager can see the status of their entire showroom with our web application, with instantaneous updates on every step of every team member's interactions. Managers are able to set up test drive routes, monitor test drives currently in progress, and view showroom statistics on everything from general goals met to each salesperson's meet-and-greet to test drive ratio.
