Certainly, it can touch with other people in realtime, including watching each other's video, talking with each other and watching other's shared documents. It runs fine on Wifi or 3G network.Some technical parameters:1, supports H263, H264 video encoding and decoding;2, audio format is ILBC;3, average using bandwidth: 20-30KB/S.This App is not for public use, its for business meetings, and the meetings are normally limited to a specific company or organization, similar to the App from Webex.
