For iPod and iPhone!The UWinnipeg Weather App is an alternative weather information centre for residents of Downtown Winnipeg.Traditionally, weather information is gathered by Environment Canada at the Airport. This data is only updated once an hour, and often displays temperature much cooler than the downtown area (due to the heat island effect).
