The UMdicas is a periodic publication of information and reporting that provides general information into academic, scientific and training, giving privilege to cover the activities of Social Welfare with special focus on sports, cultural and recreational activities. It is intended as an open space for the dissemination of activities undertaken by the academy, looking tall and spread the image of the university and the projects and partnerships in their midst.
With biweekly, the UMdicas is a newspaper with an A3 format, consists of 16 pages and occasional special editions and distributed in the Minho region. It has a circulation of 2,000 copies and also holds a permanent online edition.
Founded in 1993, the University of Minho in Braga, UMdicas, always alert to new possibilities of technical information, is currently undergoing a period of change and renewal.
