The Twinkl Phoneme Board allows children to practise segmenting for spelling - the child has to make a word using the letters on the board.This app is specifically designed to complement the word lists from the DfE Letters & Sounds Document which can be found on pages 102 & 103.The app will only detect these words, and these must be spelt phonetically. For example the word 'aim', would not be spelt: a-i-m, but instead a-aim.We advise that this activity is used with teacher or parent guidance.How many words can your children make using the letters?
