Turkey lies in the middle of Alp-Himalayan Mountain Ranges. Along the Black Sea coast Kaçkar Mountains (Mt. Kaçkar 3932 m), Mediterranean coast Toros Mountains (Mt. Demirkazık 3756 m), in East Anatolia Cilo and Sat Mountains (Mt. Reşko 4168 m) with Munzur Mountains (Mt. Akbaba 3462 m) stretch from east to west in magnificent splendour. In between these mountains, majestic volcanoes and mythical ( Ararat) Ağrı (5137 m), Süphan (4958 m), Erciyes (3917 m), Hasan (3268 m) and Nemrut (3269 m) stand proud.

All these mountains with their interesting geological formations and their historical, cultural and natural beauties, waiting to be discovered, present endless alternatives to visitors all year round for various nature sports.

The contents of this product is prepared by TV producer Uçman Sungur who took up mountaineering with the establishment of the Turkish Mountaineering Federation in 1966, and he has provided guiding, organizational and production services to numerous local and international organizations to date.
