Opening in 1926, the Masonic Temple is the largest Masonic temple in the world. Home to the Masonic theater one of the finest theatrical houses in the country. An ornate historical structure designed by architect, George D Mason and master sculptor, Corrado Parducci. The Masonic consist of over 1,000 rooms, galleries, and theaters. This Architectural monument is Detroit’s steward to the arts and entertainment world. The Masonic temple showcases virtually all forms of live entertainment, musical events, theatrical production and provides an array of cultural activities that build bridges of mutual respect and celebrate the diversity found in this vibrant community. The Masonic, now in its 8th decade of hosting talent from around the globe remains where it has always been in the forefront of world class entertainment and a vibrant home for creative and talented artists from every walk of life.
