TennisStar complements a real live coach to improve your groundstrokes. It is designed for beginner and intermediate players who want to improve their tennis game and become respected club players.The app consists of seven sections:- GROUNDSTROKES contains HD videos for every type of stroke, shot at 240 frames per second for a slow motion effect: forehand, backhand, serve, volley, return of serve, overhead. Each stroke is shot from the right, left, back and front. A contents window allows you to browse and instantly access any video in the app.- GRIPS explains how to hold the racket for different strokes and how the grips apply to different players.- STEPS breaks down every tennis stroke into 8 to 12 steps using photographic snapshots and detailed explanations. This section also explains which parts of the body are responsible for power or precision.- DRILLS contains many HD videos where the coach and a student practice. These drills facilitate the learning process.- STRATEGY. Once you master the major groundstrokes and serve, we look at winning strategies, the ultimate goal.- EQUIPMENT, where we offer advice on equipment.- CAMERA. While on the court, the TennisStar app allows you to record video of yourself right from inside the app. You can compare this video with existing videos in the app.All included HD videos can be AirPlayed onto large screen TVs through your AppleTV.This app was designed in collaboration with an experienced tennis coach!
