TALK or NOT is a free anonymous social dating and messaging app that uses GPS and a simple search function to locate other users around you based on age, gender and location.Everything is PRIVATE and no information is shared or visible to other users. Simply browse and select a user to talk with. The goal is to engage the other user and create a conversation and go at your pace and direction. All profile photos are hidden with only silhouettes, blue for males and pink for females, visible but after two initial messages are exchanged, every message after that will unlock a block slowly revealing who's on the other end.
