Syskonf CheckPoint is an app for event organizers for room / zone access control & check-in. It turns NFC-enabled device into a handheld RFID scanner / reader to identify and check-in attendees at configured gates (checkpoints). As the phone is brought close to badge the app displays whether an attendee is allowed to enter the room or zone. The app is intended for Syskonf.com platform users.

Syskonf CheckPoint reads:

✓ RFID plastic cards

✓ RFID or NFC wristbands

✓ RFID stickers or NFC tags adhered to any badges

Event organizer may create any number of gates and use any number of devices at each gate. The app allows to scan either attendees entries or exit. Every pass is logged and synced to Syskonf servers over Wi-Fi or 3G/LTE connection every 30 seconds. In case of network failure or unavailability the app works in offline mode and syncs after Internet connection is restored.

Based on data gathered from all scanners, Syskonf constantly calculates current number of attendees checked in or present in every zone. Number of checked in guests is also synced back and displayed in every connected CheckPoint app.

Syskonf administration panel also provides:

✓ live view of rooms / zones occupancy

✓ live view of attendees current location, check-in history and gate permissions

✓ attendance list from each gate, searchable by attendee name

✓ detailed Excel reports including time of entrance / exit and the total time of attendance at each session

To use Syskonf CheckPoint:

■ register attendees using Syskonf platform (attendees import is also available)

■ configure gates and access rules of every gate using Syskonf panel

■ prepare badges in accordance to Syskonf guidelines
