Join the Super Service Challenge movement and submit your videos for a chance to have your nonprofit win big!

Use the app to shoot or submit your video. Your video should be less than two minutes and answer two questions:

• How did you serve?

• What impact did serving together have on your team?

In 2011, Dave Lindsey, founder of DEFENDER, an Indianapolis-based service company, created the Super Service Challenge. The Challenge helped direct company donations to the projects and causes that mattered to his employees, in a meaningful way. Serving together changed the way employees viewed each other and had a positive impact on morale. DEFENDER transformed from a giving company to a company of givers.
