The Squats Fitness application does not currently track squats inside a squat rack, make sure you squat with no obstructions between you and your phone. In the future we hope to support squatting in a rack.

Squats Fitness App will guide you to perform a test to determine your current squats level. Then you can select the days of week on which you want to perform your squats routine. On the scheduled day, the number of total squats for the day is presented. This is broken in smaller sets so that the body can rest and restore strength. Follow the training program and see yourself performing 150 Squats Fitness in a few weeks time.
