Sound One is simple enough to use if you just want to record a sound and send it to someone, while full of features that make it a great musician's scratch pad.Recording is just a tap away, and you can email or export sounds in WAV, AIFF, or FLAC format. You can clean up or cut up sounds in the non-destructive zooming editor, and add effects.Playing your guitar or keyboard through your headphones is as easy as hitting the "playthrough" button. Then add whatever effects you want, turn on the metronome to help you keep the beat, or check the instrument tuner to make sure you're pitch-perfect. The flexible controls even allow for basic overdubbing by recording the output, and tapping on play and playthrough.Additional features include:- Cut, copy, and paste audio based on any selection in the editor. Or paste audio (of supported formats) as a new sound in the editor.- Along with regular playback, you can play the selected part of the editor's sound, or the parts that aren't selected.
