An image cannot be unlocked without the correct password and there is no way to recover it in the case of forgotten passwords.- When sending a photo it is necessary to send the full size image. Do not resize the image once created. This will cause the embedded photo to be lost.- If using the email app on the iPhone, make sure you send the image using the "Actual Size" option. Failing to do so will cause the embedded photo to be lost.
