It's this simple:

1. After downloading the app, run Smart Gallery and set up your choice of screen lock, it only has to be set once

2. Select the images to view from your normal gallery

3. Use the share menu and tap Smart Gallery

4. Let your friend view the selected pictures

5. When they try to exit the gallery the screen will lock
