This app was created for my thesis as BSc. (Hons) in Computing (Software Development) at MCAST IICT.
Sleep Quality Analysis using Actigraphy and Predictive analytics
The app consists of actigraphy and predictive analytics to quantify sleep quality as a figure %.
Activate app before going to sleep and de-activated once waking up. The app monitors movement made during your sleep attempts to predict sleep quality as a figure. If the outcome figure is not correct, you will have to input the desired figure to increase accurate predictions in future sleeps (help make the app learn more about your sleep habits and how you feel once you wake up).
Actigraphy graph of each sleep is also available (graph of movement).
