This is used to record blood glucose level on a weekly basis. From/To dates can be changed.
This is a simple log app that allows user to quickly log their blood glucose levels after measurements.
First item in the list allows users to clear the record form / add additional records. It also shows
the number of records that has been added.
Users will also be able to select an existing record and update the data / dates.
