The Selfloops Group Fitness Blue application is for real-time group workouts of heart rate sensors and cardio fitness training.

This application supports any Bluetooth Low Energy (also called Bluetooth LE, BTLE, Bluetooth Smart) heart rate monitor. Examples are Polar H7, Wahoo Blue and Wahoo Tickr, Viiiva.

The information appears in the smartphone/tablet display, but it can be projected in a external larger screen if the device has a video output port (e.g. a HDMI video output as the Nexus 10 tablet).

You can also wirelessly stream the sessions on a larger screen if your device supports Miracast or ChromeCast, supported on Android 4.2 and higher, for example available in the Nexus 10, Nexus 7 and Nexus 5 devices.

The scope of this application is to make people aware of their fitness performance and to train more effectively when real-time intensity feedback is given.

With this app coaches can monitor their class and train people according to their fitness intensity zones.

Note: If you cannot connect your Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitor, make sure that is not paired already with another application or device. Also, do not pair the heart rate monitor in the Settings of your device. The Bluetooth standard does not allow to have the heart rate monitor connected at the same time to multiple apps or devices.
