This template allows self published authors and publishers to create full feature mobile apps from their content.

What softwares will I need?

You will need a Windows PC. You will need to download the Java JDK and Android Studio Bundle. Both are available for free. You will also need a Google Play Publisher account which costs $25 per year.

Why should I publish as an app?

Less than 7% of the people browse the category "books". An overwhelming 84% search the category "apps" to find content. Everyone loves apps and everyone wants apps.

How can I monetize my book?

You can monetize your book with our pre integrated IAP (in app purchase) code. Simply select the free preview chapters and ask your readers to pay a pre specified amount to unlock the full book.

Do I keep all the money I make?

Google charges a 30% cut on all revenues made through IAP. Except for that - the money is yours to keep!

When do I get paid through IAP?

IAP's are processed by Google. You get paid the revenues for this month on the 15th of next month. For example - the revenues for the month of March are paid on 15th April.

How do I get paid?

You get paid directly by Google for all your in app purchases. The schedule is mentioned above.
