Satisfaction Kiosk is a reworked version of the Friends and Family Test app (FFT). The FFT app is aimed for use within National Health Service organisations in England, collecting patient responses to a simple question: "How likely are you to recommend our service to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?".

Satisfaction Kiosk has been designed to be run on large screen tablet devices near to your shop exit point and includes the following features:

★ Remotely view responses and configure question text/images/logo (requires Dropbox)

★ Operates in 'lock screen kiosk mode' to prevent unauthorised access to the device settings

★ Customers can leave a text comment

★ Password protected hidden administration menu

★ Automatic uploads to Dropbox

★ Customise the survey question text and button text/image

★ Export data as CSV via email, Google Drive, Dropbox or any other third party file manager

★ Add your own company logo

★ Current supported system languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Hebrew (beta). Contact me if you would like more adding!

Please note: Because this app stores response data securely within the device, should the device become damaged or the Satisfaction Kiosk app is uninstalled, your response data will be lost. Remember to export your response data regularly.
