Designed to be run on large screen tablet devices (e.g. with a 10” display) near to an exit point or in a reception area, this app includes the following features:
★ Operates in 'lock screen kiosk mode' to prevent unauthorised access to the device settings
★ Patients can leave a text comment
★ Remotely view responses and configure question text/images/logo (** Not available in this free version **)
★ Automatic uploads to Dropbox (** Not available in this free version **)
★ Password protected hidden administration menu
★ Customise survey question text and button text/image
★ Export data as CSV via email, Google Drive, Dropbox or other compatible third party file managers
★ Add your own logo
★ Current supported system languages: English, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Hebrew (beta). Contact me if you would like more adding!
Please note: Because this app stores response data securely within the device, should the device become damaged or the app is uninstalled, your response data will be lost. Remember to export your response data regularly.
