Development background:The SMSAMA is developed for the company called SMS Assist. Technicians from other companies can use this app by signing contracts with SMS assist.Functionality: When WO (work order) is generated, SMS Assist will assign the WO to relevant technicians who have signed contracted with SMS Assist via SMSAMA. When technicians receives the assigned WO on his phone, he will get to the location and check in to do the service. Once service is done, he needs to check out to indicate the work order is performed. before&after; photos need to be taken in the app to prove their service. If he forgets to check in at the beginning, he can click Job Report to make for the missed checkin. Dashboard will show customer ratings for each technician.purpose: SMSAMA is developed to support technicians while they are doing repair or maintenance work for clients.target audience: technicians in contracted service industry.Those technicians who have signed contract with SMS Assist have the eccess to log onto the app.Technicians download the app from app store and SMS Assist provides them with initial id and password.The service is already available.User can use this app and get id and password by signing contracts with SMS Assist.User don't have to pay for each device.There is no additional fee for this app and there is no upgrade fee outside of the app.
