This app provides basic GPS capability such as current speed, distance, elapse time, altitude, ascent and descent metrics. The focus is on simplicity and ease of use. It does not provide directions. It is intended for hiking, biking skiing, running or most any outdoor activity where these basic statistics are of interest. Mapping of current location and well as displaying, saving, recalling and erasing of routes is also provided. Place marks can be created and saved. Backup your routes and place marks with iTunes file sharing. Note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
