You can tell Cortana to launch Shakespeare. Just say "Romantic Shakespeare, compliment Jenny" and hand your phone to Jenny so she can hear what you think of her.
The trial version only allows you five compliments at a time. Register the app and Shakespeare will compliment your friend as many times as you like.
Instead of this app, get Talking Shakespeare 8.1. That will do insults as well as compliments.
