The Roadside Connect - Provider App offers the capability for Agero service providers to receive quick and accurate dispatch information, including: requested roadside service, consumer and vehicle details, location with turn by turn navigation, and customer contact information. The app also enables signature capture and allows towing and roadside assistance providers to update their dispatch status with timestamps as the event progresses. In addition to PO numbers, Reference Numbers are now available in the Job List too. Configurable GPS capabilities are also available, and other user-defined views are now customizable in the Profile Setup.”
