This is a story of a little boy named Ricky, who wanted to catch a fish then eat it on his dinner dish. Ricky and his pet rabbit set out in a rowboat for a fishing adventure. Unfortunately, it’s not as easy to catch a fish as you might think. After several days and trying different spots, equipment and even a motorized boat …still no luck and no fish. Ricky decides to seek advice at the local bait and tackle shop by experienced fishermen. Day#4 out in the ocean Ricky catches his first fish. However along the way Ricky learns that helping others turns out to be better than anything he can catch in the sea.Many of the pages have an optional “Paint Me” feature for children to finger paint the pages and create their own custom version of the book.
