without successful login user can not access application. it maintains hierarchy of suprior user(parent user) - sub user(child user).

sub user can request to parent user for join to hierarchy, but parent user may approved or unapproved to user.

parent user can access all the information of the child user.parent user can change (password, profile, rights) of sub user , but not a vise varsa.

All the Users Can View All Assign Task , Completed Task ,Canceled Task .
