ReThink from Empower Interactive is a companion mobile app to Empower’s Good Days Ahead (GDA) web program at http://www.gooddaysahead.com. GDA and ReThink teach evidence-based techniques for managing stress, anxiety and depression.You will need a GDA account at gooddaysahead.com in order to use the ReThink mobile application. To learn about obtaining accounts for yourself or your organization, please contact Empower at appstore@empower-interactive.com.ReThink provides a convenient interface for capturing your thoughts as they happen. Launch the app, record your positive or negative thought, and snap a picture to illustrate the situation. Later, in the GDA web program, you can use the tools you’ve learned to restructure or “rethink” negative or unhelpful thoughts. As you record more thoughts, ReThink will also provide a visual diary of the good and not-so-good moments in your life that you may want to remember or work on for the future.
