The “ranking” will take into account all rates for a person from all the friends. These answers will be normalized and combined to create a global ranking of your facebook friends.
You cannot see people scores you can only see the TOP 10.
The score is the aggregate from everyone that rates that person. So the TOP 10 only has your facebook friend but it is not YOUR top 10 is the community ranking of your friends.
