The data is collected via a private network of volunteers and finally distributed via the BLOG of Marian Steinbach. How to interpret the dataRadiation is measured in various different units. The most common ones are Bequerel, Gray and Sievert.For your convenience this App displays the dose rate in Microsieverts per hour (µSv/h).When this App is used outside Japan the current location is fixed to the Fukhushima I Nuklear Power Plant, Block 3. Therefore all km readings are in relation to the Nuklear Power Plant.
