This app is intended as a timer for interval training.
Select your run time (active), walk time (rest) and number of rounds by pushing the icons or by selecting the time label and enter your desired time for the lap.
When you are ready to run, press the start button.
When it is time to change from running to walking or vice verse, you will hear a short alarm, and when your exercise has finished, you will hear a long sound.
Sounds can be changed from the settings menu.
