Welcome to the fourth Quantum Graph Tool. This app was designed to simulate Shor's algorithm and alternatively to learn more about the integer properties that are the theorical base of this quantum algorithm.Specifically, this algorithm solves the problem of the large integers factorization. In fact, given an integer N, finding its prime factors can be a serious problem if the number is too long to apply the classical methods. For this reason, the RSA system (based on this difficulty) is nowadays used in the internet security protocols.This app is part of my telecommunications engineering degree project and it represents the fourth app of the QGT project.
