ISO-9001 is a comprehensive model for setting up and evaluation of quality management systems. Chapter 4 to 8 contain the requirements for a quality management system according to ISO-9001. For this reason each person which is working with ISO-9001 (for example as Quality Officer, as Quality Manager or as Quality Auditor) must know by heart the titles and numbers of each individual chapter/subchapter from 4 to 8.
